The 61st Street group home enjoyed a beautiful Shabbaton together in Bloomingrove, New York. The individuals had a great time relaxing together, enjoying an inspirational kumzitz and the delicious Shabbos food.

A highlight was attending the nearby shul, known as “Khal Anshei Barns” after the names of the street, where the congregants welcomed the group home staff and individuals with great warmth, and gave them several kibudim, helping them to truly feel a part of the community.
